Our flour tortilla production line is a fully automated system designed for industrial-scale tortilla manufacturing. It features a series of specialized equipment that ensures efficiency and consistency throughout the process. The automatic loader transfers dough balls—precisely portioned and rounded by the high-speed divider and rounding machine—to the tortilla press, which flattens them into perfectly round discs. These discs are then baked in a multi-tiered oven, ensuring even heat distribution for optimal texture. After baking, the tortillas undergo cooling, automatic inspection, and stacking, resulting in uniform stacks ready for packaging. In addition to flour tortillas, this versatile production line can also produce pressed wraps and other flatbreads.
